A structured developer recruitment programme spanning 6+ university campuses across Kenya and Ethiopia — Masinde Muliro, Maseno, Kirinyaga, Pwani, Technical University Mombasa, and Addis Ababa University. Built to onboard student builders directly into global blockchain ecosystems and connect them to international grant pipelines.
Build Week Hackathons
Multi-day residential hackathons running across East Africa, carrying builders from raw idea through to working prototype and grant application — all within a single cohort. Not just a hackathon. A launchpad.
WomenInDeFi Kenya
Volunteer Co-Lead of a community and education programme advancing women's participation in decentralised finance across East Africa. Organising workshops, learning sessions, and ecosystem discussions that create structured, accessible entry points for women building careers in Web3.

A technical upskilling initiative co-delivered with senior blockchain engineers, focused on protocol integration, technical architecture, and MVP development — building Uganda's capacity to ship production-ready Web3 products.
